Mix the following together.
1 package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanila
1 large egg
pinch salt
1/4 cup sour cream
Pour into Oreo "crust". Swirl with the fudge recipe below.
Fudge. Boil the following then whip.
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup chocolate chips
2 cups sugar
354 ml evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
